2. Hosting and server log files

Our website is operated by an external hosting provider (webspace sales, Grub am Forst location). There is a contract for order processing with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

When you access the website, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • requested file/URL
  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL (if transmitted by the browser)

The processing takes place for the secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Log files are deleted after they no longer serve any purpose, regularly within short periods of time.

3. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses encrypted transmission. You can recognize active encryption by the prefix https:// in the browser line.

4. Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the information you enter (e.g. company, name, contact details, message, interests) to process your request.

In addition, technical data is processed to secure the form (e.g. timestamp, IP address, user agent, session/CSRF token, honeypot and security question fields).

Legal basis:

  • Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent via the checkbox in the form)
  • Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR (pre-contractual communication/inquiry processing)
  • Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR (prevention of misuse and IT security)

The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies and there are no legal retention requirements.

5. Applications by email

When applying (e.g. via Job Offers) we process your transmitted data exclusively to carry out the application process.

The legal basis is in particular Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR and Section 26 BDSG. If no employment relationship is established, we will generally delete your application data after the process has been completed, unless longer legal deadlines apply or you have expressly agreed to longer storage.

6. Recipients of data

Within our company, only those positions that need it to fulfill their respective tasks have access to personal data. External recipients are, in particular, hosting and IT service providers in the context of order processing and, if applicable, mail/telecommunications providers.

7. Cookies and technically necessary storage

Our website uses technically required session functions (e.g. for form protection and form sending). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

8. External links and map services

Our website may contain links to external services (e.g. Google Maps or Apple Maps). Data will only be transferred to these providers when you actively click on the respective link.
