3, 5 and 6 axis CNC machining

Our CNC-controlled milling machines meet the highest requirements of complex workpieces. 5-sided machining in one clamping is possible, depending on the part. We have rotary table and bed milling machines (3, 5 and 6 axis machines).

The NC program creation is carried out by PROKON:CE Elektrotechnik GmbH either based on a drawing or is generated from *.dxf, *.step, *.iges or SolidWorks files.

Milling capacities

  • Travel distances depending on the machine up to X 5450 mm, Y 1750 mm, Z 2400 mm
  • Tool holders SK40 and SK50
  • Tool changer for up to 40 tools
  • Processing of large welded structures and machine components

Data transfer and production process

We transfer CAD data and drawings directly into the NC programming. This allows us to reduce setup times and ensure reproducible results for individual parts and small series.
