In complete machining, we process workpieces up to 5000 mm long and 1700 mm wide.
What procedures are available?
We offer material procurement, cutting, welding, turning, milling, grinding, painting and surface treatment.
Which data formats can be processed?
NC programs are created based on drawings or from DXF, STEP, IGES and SolidWorks data.
Which materials do you process?
Various metal materials are processed, as well as mineral concrete and ceramics, depending on the process.
Are individual parts and small series possible?
Yes. We manufacture individual parts, small series and complete assemblies.
In which regions are you active in contract manufacturing?
Our area of operation includes Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as France, Spain, Benelux, Scandinavia, Poland and the Czech Republic. We examine other target countries on a project-by-project basis.
Are you responsible for purchasing materials?
Yes, we can take over the entire material procurement or work with material provided by you.
Can measurement protocols be created?
Yes, we can create measurement reports for processed components upon request.
