In addition to repairing individual defective mechanical machine components, we also offer our customers a mechanical overhaul and modernization of their machines.
In the example below, the gearbox of the main spindle of a TOS boring machine WD130A was mechanically overhauled. The gear shift was dismantled and the speed of the main spindle was electronically controlled. A new connecting shaft with gear and bearing as well as a high-performance chain was installed in the headstock.
